Most health apps reset the moment you close them. We wanted the opposite: something that keeps the thread, keeps the context, and keeps up.
Nutrition advice is not scarce. Good nutrition advice, for you, at the moment you are standing in front of a menu with eleven minutes and a headache, is almost impossible to find.
The apps ask you to log everything, then hand the results back as a chart. The plans are written for a person who does not exist: someone with no travel, no bad weeks, no birthday dinners, no Tuesday where the whole thing falls apart. The good human coaches are excellent and cost more per month than most people spend on food.
So we built the thing we wanted. It lives in the place you already read messages. It answers in seconds. It has read your labs, it knows you hate fish, it remembers that March was hard, and it will tell you what to order at the restaurant you are already sitting in rather than what you should have cooked.
It is AI, and we say so on every page. What makes it work is not that it is clever, it is that it is there, and that it remembers.
Not an app with a chat tab bolted on. The thread is the product, because the thread is the only surface people actually open every day.
Advice that starts from zero every session is not coaching, it is search. Your goals, labs and history carry forward so each conversation starts further along than the last.
Explicit health-data consent comes first, always. Your data coaches you and does nothing else. It is never sold and never used to train a model for someone else.
Health products earn trust by what they refuse to do. This is our list, and it is meant to be held against us.
Joize is built and operated by Joize FlexCo, an Austrian company, under European data protection law. Small enough that the person who wrote the coaching prompt also answers the support email.
Start with a message. It goes from there.
